Thursdays, September 28 and October 5 2:00-3:00 pm, both in-person and on zoom Choose which option you will attend upon registration $35 Think you can’t meditate? Have you tried and then felt frustrated? You are not alone, and this two-part mini-series is for you! We will spend some time busting some of the common myths around meditation. (Here’s one: You do NOT need to sit still like a statue!) Then Susanne will guide you through some easy-to-adopt techniques to help you begin (or restart!) your meditation journey. Participants will be emailed a short recorded guided meditation to practice at home between sessions. The second session, we will reflect on how the week’s practice went and dive a bit deeper into how to establish a regular home meditation practice. Yes, you CAN learn to meditate! |

Friday Night iRest® Yoga Nidra

Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being.
Its practice is integrative as it heals the various unresolved issues and traumas that are present in your body and mind, and restorative as it enables you to recognize your innate peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.
The Friday night Yoga Nidra class is a nourishing way to start your weekend. When we are in harmony with ourselves this changes our experience of the world. We become more at ease, less reactive to life, and more responsive to the others around us.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Preregistration is required for this class. Choose either in-person on Zoom.
Please bring comfortable clothes that will keep you warm and perhaps a pillow for extra coziness!
