Application Process
200 Hour Requirements
The Teacher Training programs
include a vigorous two-hour asana practice. We strongly
recommend that applicants have at least one year of
consistent asana practice and are relatively comfortable
practicing urdhva dhanurasana. If your yoga practice does
not meet those criteria, please provide us with an
explanation on a separate sheet of paper.
300 Hour Requirements
To be accepted into the
300-hour Professional Program, applicants are required to
have completed a 200-hour Teacher Training Program.
If you did
not graduate from a YogaWorks 200-hour Teacher Training
program, you will be required to participate in our Bridge
Program. We have included this weekend program as a required
"Weekend 0" in your Professional Program. This is to ensure
that you have the foundational vocabulary and principles
taught in the 200-hour Teacher Training which are reinforced
in the 300-hour Professional Program.
* There is normally an additional fee of $300 for this
program, however, we include this program at no extra
charge.
Application Deadline
We strongly encourage you to apply before the early
registration deadline, we have had waitlists in previous years for the 200-hour
training.
We may accept last minute
applications only if there is space in the program.

tuition
You have three options for submitting your completed
application:

Drop off your application at The Yoga Tree If for some reason you are not accepted into the program, your deposit will be refunded in full.
