6:00-7:00pm Philosophy

1:30-2:15: Anatomy: Shoulder Girdle Lecture & Discussion
2:15-3:15: Lecture: Principles & Benefits of Inversions
3:15-4:15: Posture Lab: Adjustments in Shoulder Stand
4:15-5: Practice Teach Shoulder Openers
